Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Lounge pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
